Introduction:
Overachiever Yukino Miyazawa was the perfect student, both academically & athletically...that is, until the arrival of the handsome & equally gifted Souichiro Arima. Locked into a battle of wills to out-do & out-score each other, Yukino & Souichiro discover that equals attract, but will romance overcome their heated rivalry? That question remains to be answered, but what isn't in question is the standout soundtrack to this refreshingly innovative romantic comedy. His & Her Circumstances Act 1.0 balances addictive vocal songs with distinctive background music by Evangelion composer Shiro Sagisu that skillfully spotlights both the heartfelt & hilarious moments that fans fondly remember. This CD includes the delightful opening song, "An Angel's Promise" & the catchy ending theme, "Into the Dream", along with 22 other charming instrumentals.

Music Presentation:
Special thanks to Geneon Anime Music for sending a copy for a review for this site. This is one of many Anime CDs that are domestic release. His & Her Circumstances is one of my favorites series, made from the same team that did Neon Genesis Evangelion. It's fill with romance & hilarious fun! Now, you can get the OST of this wonderful series, total of 24 tracks. You will get the full version of both the introduction theme (Track 02) & the ending theme (Track 23). The rest are background music. Each one of them will make you remember a moment of the series, like Track 15, when Tsubasa tries to frame Yukino or even better, Track 20, when Yukino show her other side of her! Oh, that music reminds me of that scene. It makes me laugh so hard! Yes, even the sexy music of Asaba is on this CD (Track 17). Oh, that will give you the chill & freaks me out. There is also music that reflects the sad moments (Track 11), along with transitional phase (Track 18), as well relaxing music that you want to sit back & enjoy the sunset (Track 23). I really enjoy all the music here.

Audio 2.0:
I find no problem listening to the music. The tracks are well separated.

Packaging:
Since this Anime CD is a domestic release, it got almost the same as the original Japanese packaging, except with a few English adaptation changes. On the cover, you see Yukino & Arima together, with a sunflower background. In the back, a yellowish background & you will see Pero-Pero, the Miyazawa's family puppy, in the center, with the track listing going around it. Oh, I really hate that, it's hard to read it! You might noticed that Geneon Anime Music started to use their new logo! The insert is really cool, keeping the series theme inside them. There is lots of screenshots from the series (mostly the manga shots), along with more of the same picture as the cover with a different background. There is both English translation & original Japanese text lyrics for all vocal on this CD, as well the cast list. Looks like there isn't much space for all the cast, half of it is upside down! Yup, there is another cute picture of Pero-Pero, sleeping. On the CD disc itself, it's nothing much, looks like a shirt print design. Since the CD case is a clear one, you get to see the same sunflower background as the cover, keeping the design constant!

Overall CD Rating:
I think this is another must-have Anime OST CD for your collection. The music is awesome, even you haven't even seen the series yet! Not only that, you will support Geneon Anime Music on releasing more Anime CDs in the near future.

Music Presentation: It's the music that you all grown to love throughout the series.
Audio 2.0: No problem detected!
Packaging: Little trouble fitting the track list in the back.
Overall CD Rating: It is a must have CD for Ai Yori Aoshi!
