Feature Presentation:
Special thanks to Geneon Entertainment for sending a copy for a review for this site. We're back, ready for more action with the hot girls of Nereides. Yuu Park, a deadly martial arts expert, is being release from prison after serving her term for causing total choas in the city just for capturing a petty thief. The thing is, she is a member of Nereides, but due to a disliking of a detective (you will see why), her lisense to be a Nereides agent will not be reissued. She was sent home, but Rena got a plan to fix the problem, which ends up being a hostage takeover. The next mission is for the hunt of a car thief & the best part is the entertaiment of Nereides Branch manager's daughther, visiting her father's work. Trying to impress her that his job is important, the girls must put on a pretty face & treat their boss with respect, which they never do at all. Things got out of hand when their show turns into a real mission, putting his daughter at risk. Last, Shizuka paid a visit to her childhood friend, a hoover racer, that is entering a racing contest. After an accident & unable to continued the race, Maia offered herself as a replacement. She must face the challenge & believe in herself. However, the rest of the girls believe that this wasn't an accident.

Geneon Entertainment did a very great job, again. I found no problem, the image are clear & the color looks perfect. There is some watermarks done for the introduction & ending credits (they are translated in English). Since all the episodes are on one single track on the DVD, there is no loading time or changing tracks when you move on to the next episode. Each episode is split into 5 parts: introduction, part A, part B, ending & the preview for the next episode! I do note that you can skip the warnings & logos in the beginning using the "Menu" button on your remote.
Dubbing: English:
The English dubbing is well done. All the voices matched quite well for all the characters, cute & sweet, but keeping that tone that when things get serious. It's about 85% of the original Japanese.

Subtitle:
Geneon Entertainment have selected a great font, easy to read. They use green for the introduction & ending themes, white for any text subtitling & yellow for the dialogues. One track is for the sign subtitling & the other one is for the Japanese dialogue. I might note that every odd numbered episodes, the intro & ending subtitles are in English, while the even numbered episodes are in Japanese original text.
Menu Option:
The menu design remains the same. There are eye shots from the babes of Nereides, along with screenshots from the episodes in this volume. There is the "Play All", "Screen Access", "Set Up" & "Extras". Selecting any of the options will make a little animation like you're moving in the water. The background music is the introduction music. However, it's only for the main menu, there is no music playing in the other screen section.
DVD Extras:
There isn't much extras, just the non-credit ending. That's about it.
Packaging:
It's the same design as the previous volume. On the cover, you see Rena in her uniform. In the back, you see a Manga version Gloria with her gun, along with screenshots from the episodes in this volume. In the insert, there is the chapter list with a screenshot from each episode, along with the upcoming releases date for the rest of the series. Inside the insert, it's another mini-poster of the girls of Nereides, Manga-style. On the disc itself, it's Rena, the same as the cover. Since the DVD case is a clear, you get to see the reversible cover, which you will see Gloria.
PC Viewing:
Watching it on the PC is the same as watching it on the TV. Very clean, no problem at all, very little pixel (little squares popping in & out), both normal mode & full screen mode. The sound is just great. The episodes are place on one single track as you play the episodes, so loading time is really small. You can fast forward to the beginning to the end with one move on your mouse! Like on your regular DVD player, you can skip the warnings & logos when you load the disc, just use the "menu" option to go to the menu screen.
Overall DVD Rating:
Yuu might seem to be dangerous, but she can really kick butt. The best aprt is both Yuu & Gloria can't get along. As things get in full gear, it comes along with a bust of laughter. Get set & load up.
