Feature Presentation:
Special thanks to Central Park Media for sending a copy for a review for this site. Here is an Anime that talks about, well, Anime! Just letting you know that this is number two. I haven't seen the first release. Well, looks like Kuromi is back once again & things are getting crazy where she works. She always wanted to be in the Anime business & she got the chance! With a team of artists at her disposal, nothing can stop her, except her boss assigned her team to do three Anime features all at the same time! With a deadline to meet, Kuromi must encourage everyone do their best! However, her boss think that she can't handle in & sends in a professional. Boy, you feel you can really hate this person. Catch the world of Anime in a different point of view & see how hard to make an Anime! It's all about a little encouragement & teamwork, nothing is impossible. Come on & catch on the fun & joy of making an Anime!
Video:
Central Park Media have really done a good job releasing it! Clear & smooth, no problem at all. The only thing I dislike is the logo twice (one in the beginning, the other right before the movie). I think once is enough. There is no watermark done, so everything is as it is, down to the original Japanese credit at the end. However, you will get the English credit after the Japanese credit, so it's not so bad. I do note that you can skip all those warnings & logos when you first load the DVD by just pressing the "Menu" button on your remote control.
Dubbing: English:
The dubbing is really great. If you seen as many Anime as I have, you might figure out Kumori's voice is from. It really suits her well. However, I do want to point out that it's been a while since the first Animation Runner Kuromi release. Since I haven't seen it, the cast might have change over time. It's about 85% of the original Japanese.
Audio 01: English 2.0:

Subtitle:
Central Park Media have selected a great font, very easy to read & quite bold. They use yellow for the Japanese dialogue & green for the ending credits. One track is for the sign subtitling & the other one is for the Japanese dialogue.
Menu Option:
It's pretty simple. Since it's all about making one Anime, it's a clipboard! There is "Play", "Screen Selection", "Setup" & "Extras". Selecting any of the options will move another part of the clipboard. The background music is the main theme & the other sections are other background music from this little movie.
DVD Extras:
Well, there is quite a bit of extra for a small feature movie. Well, you might noted that the Angle function of the DVD is used during the movie. If you switch Angle, you get to see the original storyboard of the entire movie. There is also an interview with Akitaron Daichi, the director, with an in-depth view. There is also a clip on the life of the real Kuromi, well, the one who do her voice (Japanese). Last, the original trailers, both English releases & the original Japanese.
Packaging:
The package looks really cute. On the cover, you see the cute Kuromi with a very interesting background. You can see the rest of the cast behind there. In the back, a picture of all the characters that you will meet, with Kuromi with her motorbike. Central Park Media has the tradition not to included insert. However, since the DVD case is a clear one, all the information from cast list & chapter list are on the back of the cover, which is quite unique. On the DVD disc itself, it's a cute version of Kuromi.
PC Viewing:
Watching it on the PC is the same as watching it on the TV. Very clean, no problem at all, very little pixel (little squares popping in & out), both normal mode & full screen mode. The sound is just great. The movie is place on one single track, so loading time is really small. You can fast forward to the beginning to the end with one move on your mouse! Like on your regular DVD player, you can skip the warnings & logos when you load the disc, just use the "menu" option to go to the menu screen.
Overall DVD Rating:
If you want to know how your favorite Anime is made, this is one little feature will give you a small peek of the world of Animation. The irony is, well, it's an Anime, too! Though, even it's part two, it still stands out. But, if you want to get to know the characters, check out the first part! Enjoy!
