Introduction:
True Love & Turtles!

Keitaro's survived explosions, misunderstandings, being marooned on deserted islands (several times!). Kaolla's inventions, & meddling relatives & friends, but he is no closer to finding out who the girl is he made that infamous "Tokyo U" promise to when he was younger. And time is running out, because it's the last volume of the series!

But, a clue has been found! It's a photograph of Keitaro, Naru & Mutsumi when they were young. Could one of these two girls be the one? And if so, which one? The suspense is driving everyone crazy!

Of course, nothing is ever simple at the Hinata Apartments, & just as things start to clam down a little, Grandma Hina comes back from her trip & suddenly starts renovating the complex. Everyone has to move out for a day or two.

Unrequited love! Martial arts! Mecha turtles! Granny Hina! This volume has it all!

Contains Episodes:
  • Episode 21: Jealous Outburst? Two Lovebirds on a boat: Tremble
  • Episode 22: Little Sister Mei's Devious Plan: It Can't Be!
  • Episode 23: Naru Narusegawa - Her Wavering Heart & Keitaro: Crushed
  • Episode 24: Celebrate! Are the Blooming Flowers Tokyo U? Love? Everybody

  • Feature Presentation:
Finally, the last volume of the series & this is the last chance to find out what's going to happen? Naru & Keitaro finally went out a date, sort of. Mutsumi has feelings for Keitaro. All of a sudden, a girl with red hair pop up & she found out about something that will shock Naru! Grandma Hina also returns. What will Naru do? What will Keitaro choose? Will we finally found out who is the little girl that Keitaro made with a long time ago? It's the final part! I won't tell you more, or else I will spoil it to you all.

    Video:
Same quality as the rest of the series. Since it's totally CGI, the image is very very clear. I find no problem at all. It's sharp & the colors are so bright. Bandai Entertainment have really done a good job releasing it! Again, skip the warnings & logos when you load the disc by hitting "menu" on your remote. All the episodes are divided in 4 parts, introduction, part one, part two & ending.

    Audio 01: English 2.0:
Well, there is one part that you need to do some volume adjustments! It's nothing much. Though, it's about 80% of the original Japanese. The dubbing is great as always.

    Audio 02: Japanese 2.0:
The Japanese track volume is a little louder then the English track.

    Subtitle:
Same format, there are 2 tracks for subtitling, one is only for the subtitle of items that is shown in Japanese symbol, the other one is the actually subtitle for the Japanese audio track, as well as the items. The English subtitle is translated good. The colors remains the same.

    Menu Option:
Like Volume 04 & 05, they added a curtain going upward when you enter the menu. I'm not sure why they added this feature. Again, it's just a picture of the Hinata Apartment in the background. The other side, in a heart, there are 3 screenshots above, below, to select your options. There is the play all, language setting, the extra & select your scene from what episode, which is numbered 21 to 24. The main theme plays in the background & there is more & more animation then usual.

    DVD Extras:
"Character Photo Gallery" is now with "Haruka Urashima", profile & screen shot. Also, they posted the winners of the "Love Hina" fanart contest, which is cool. The rest are trailers for other Anime & the credit list of the DVD.

    Packaging:
The style is the same. This volume shows Keitaro & Haruka. The back is really highly detailed. Cute pictures everywhere, some screenshots. Plus, the DVD case is a clear one, so when you open it up, you can actually see behind the cover, which adds to the presentation, featuing "Fighter" moves throughout the series, like Naru's punches. The DVD disc cover itself is the same as the cover.

    PC Viewing:
Watching it on the PC is the same as watching it on the TV. Very clean, no problem at all, very little pixel (little squares popping in & out), both normal mode & full screen mode. The sound is just great. The movie is place on one single track as you play the episodes, so loading time is really small, you can zip through all the episodes in one shot. Like on your regular DVD player, you can skip the warnings & logos when you load the disc, just use the "menu" option to go to the menu screen.

    Overall DVD Rating:
Finally, the last volume of the series! I hope you enjoy the ending!

Feature Presentation: Yet again, it continues to be cool! Motoko is so cute!
Video (Images) Behold the power of DVD, crisps & clear! No problem found.
Audio 01: English 2.0 Dubbing is great, almost similar to the Japanese version.
Audio 02: Japanese 2.0 The audio problem is now fixed, I think.
Subtitle: English A little bit more bolded, please!
Menu Option: It seems to have a little more animation.
    DVD Extras: Nothing much.
Packaging: Very very cool DVD case! Once of the nicest I have seen.
PC Viewing: Easy to view, clean, no problem!
Overall DVD Rating: Fianlly, the last volume! Will we find out who is that girl?
