Feature Presentation:
Special thanks to CPM Manhwa for sending a copy for a review for this site. This series is mostly a manga of short stories. A cross dresser, & a manager in love? Will you actually follow the tips for love from a guy that doesn’t date at all? Is a tooth problem a big issue for a French-kiss? Apparently, yes. However, I personally did not find it very appealing. Yet, on a very boring rainy day, you might perhaps actually enjoy it. I just found the stories so dull, & there was no integration of the reader with the characters what so ever. Not one of the worst manga I have read, yet though.
Artwork:
The drawings were acceptable, unless you have a foot fetish which might cause a few "ticks" then. The drawing on page 112 might be another source of consternation. It really looks like one very scary twitch of the eye. Wonder if when a guy actually falls in love, they manage to see us like that? There goes my fan girl fantasy of always looking beautiful in the eyes of my beloved...
Translation: English:
The translation was actually pretty good. Almost no errors can be observed by the readers unless you find yourself been an English teacher. There are some little comments made by the writer along the storyline, which adds some comic relief to the readers.
Subtitle:
Noises & other Japanese characters (grunts, crying, sighs, etc) are translated, as opposed to keeping the original Japanese signs & subtitling it. The manga must be read "American" style which might be weird for those used to "Asian" style.
Manga Extras:
N/A
Packaging:
As you might noticed, the Manga is set to read like a normal book, not the original Manga in Japan, which is reading it from right to left, backwards. On the cover, you get your three main characters, in color! In the back, another character appears, non-colored. I do like the nice green. Last, there is a few ads for other Manga releases at the end of the story.
Overall Manga Rating:
It might not be too bad for novices, but for a season Otaku, it might be a little boring. Maybe it will get better as the series progress. Give it a read, that's all I have to say.
